  • Order Processing Time:

    All orders are processed during standard business hours (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).
    Orders received after 2:00 PM EST may be processed the next business day.

    Order Confirmations:

    An order confirmation will be sent to the email address on file. Please check confirmation for order accuracy and all backorders.
    If partial shipments are allowed backorders will be shipped as soon as available freight prepaid.

    Tracking Information:

    After shipment, tracking details will be sent via email to the designated contact on your account, to monitor your order’s progress.

    Expected Delivery Times:

    All orders ship within 24 hours. Delivery is typically within 3-5 business days based on location and shipping option selected.

    Shipping Options:

    Standard Ground shipping is included in most orders, see freight policies below.
    Expedited shipping options (e.g., two-day, overnight) are available at an additional cost.

    Shipping Delays:

    While we strive to meet delivery expectations, unforeseen circumstances such as weather, carrier delays, or other factors may impact shipping times.
    Belwith Products is not responsible for such delays but will assist where possible.

    Claims:

    Any claims on shipments (e.g., shortages, damages) must be reported within 10 days of receipt.
    Please document damage with photos when applicable and contact customer service.

    Minimum Order:

    No minimum order is required.

  • Belwith Products® does not require a minimum order size.

  • Standard payment terms are 1%-10 days/Net 30 days.

    Your business is important to us. Please speak with customer service or your sales manager to ensure your terms and payments options meet your needs and are within the Belwith Products® standard guidelines.

    Additional payment options are available via the dealer portal, MasterCard, American Express & Discover accepted.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice. Any special pricing must be approved in writing.

  • Sales tax will be charged unless a resale certificate is provided for each state a company operates within.

  • Orders for any item in this catalog may be cancelled or changed, subject to written approval and may be subject to a service charge.

  • We must be notified within ten (10) days of receipt of shipment if any shortage is experienced.

  • Concealed damage can occur in handling by carriers. This damage is recoverable by you from the carrier upon presentation of a proper claim. If you find damaged merchandise upon unpacking the shipment, please call the delivering carrier and ask for an inspection of concealed damage. An inspector will be sent and will provide the proper forms for your claim.

    Do not return damaged merchandise to Belwith Products®. The carrier is responsible for the shipment once it transfers hands from our facilities. If merchandise is returned to us, you may be unable to file a claim.

  • If an order was correctly filled by Belwith Products® and the customer is choosing to return it, the customer will incur a 20% restocking fee for processing the return including repackaging, processing, and restocking if the return is due to your error or a change. Please list the order number from the original order, the item part number and quantity, and the reason for the return. Email all returns to sales@hickoryhardware.com


    If the return is due to a Belwith Products® error, please call Customer Service to obtain an RGA number and call tag for us to pay for the return freight. Please specify the order number from the original order when requesting an RGA number. Please write RGA and RETURN on the exterior of the box, for us to process the package quickly. Returns must be packed properly to prevent damage and must be returned in saleable condition. Returns must be processed within 60 days of our invoice date.

  • Orders under $100.00 – flat rate of $20.00 per shipment.
    Orders over $100.00 – Shipping is prepaid.

    • Shipping rates apply exclusively to the Continental United States. Please contact Customer Service at (800) 235-9484 for shipping rates to Alaska and Hawaii.
      • All shipments are designated FOB (Freight on Board) from the Belwith Products® Distribution Center, meaning that Belwith Products® assumes responsibility for the shipment only until it leaves our distribution center.
    • Once it is in transit, liability for loss or damage transfers to the customer.
    • Orders are normally processed and shipped within a 24-hour period.
      Belwith Products® ships via standard ground freight.
      • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at a 10% discount on the standard air freight rate. For specific costs, contact customer service at (800) 235-9484.
    • Drop Shipments – Drop shipments increase freight charges by $10.00
    • PO Boxes: Deliveries require a street address, as ground services do not deliver to PO boxes.
    • Return to Sender Fees: Refused packages or returned shipments will incur a $20 fee per shipment.
  • Orders under $150.00 – flat rate of $25.00 per shipment.
    Orders over $150.00 – Shipping is prepaid.

    • All shipments are designated FOB (Freight on Board) from the Belwith Products® Distribution Center, meaning that Belwith Products® assumes responsibility for the shipment only until it leaves our distribution center.
    • Once it is in transit, liability for loss or damage transfers to the customer.
    • Orders are normally processed and shipped within a 24-hour period.
      Belwith Products® ships via standard ground freight.
      • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at a 10% discount on the standard air freight rate. For specific costs, contact customer service at (800) 235-9484.
      • Drop Shipments: Drop shipping is available to Canada and Mexico; please contact customer service for actual freight costs.
    • All customs, taxes & fees remain the responsibility of dealer.
      • PO Boxes: Deliveries require a street address, as ground services do not deliver to PO boxes.
      • Return to Sender Fees: Refused packages or returned shipments will incur a $20 fee per shipment.
  • Orders under $100.00 – flat rate of $25.00 per shipment.

    • International Freight will be shipped to the U.S. location of the dealer’s freight forwarder based on costs above. Orders may ship ground service or LTL at our discretion.
      • All shipments are designated FOB (Freight on Board) from the Belwith Products® Distribution Center, meaning that Belwith Products® assumes responsibility for the shipment only until it leaves our distribution center. Once it is in transit, liability for loss or damage transfers to the customer.
    • Orders are normally processed and shipped within a 24-hour period.
      • Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is available at a 10% discount on the standard air freight rate. For specific costs, contact customer service at (800) 235-9484.
    • International orders are FOB, and any additional international shipping costs, customs, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the dealer.
    • Return to Sender Fees: Refused packages or returned shipments will incur a $20 fee per shipment.
  • Hickory Hardware® branded decorative designs, under Belwith Products® are original art, as well as logos, catalogs, displays, websites, and photography, and as such they are protected by trademark and common law. Belwith Products® protects intellectual property through both Design Patents and Copyrights. It is Belwith Products corporate policy to prosecute violators of its intellectual property rights in the most aggressive manner under the full extent of United States and international laws.

  • Did you find a Hickory Hardware knob or pull you like but wanted to visualize it with other elements of your project?

    Use our sample program to test the hardware to see if the design and finish fits well with your design.

    1. Browse

    Browse our knobs and pulls to find your preferred selection. Choose up to 3 non-identical knobs or pulls that are 160mm or less in overall length.

    2. Select

    To place an order via e-mail fax or mail, please write SAMPLE ORDER on the form. To order online, simply choose your knob or pull and select “request a sample” on the product page to add up to 3 different samples to your shopping cart, and we will ship them to you for $5 per item.

    3. Test

    Test your hardware samples with your mood boards or cabinet finish to find the perfect design. Choose the finish that you love.

    4. Purchase

    Once you decide on the perfect style and finish that compliments your project, use the showroom/dealer locator on our websites, or place an order if you are an authorized dealer.

    *Limitations

    • You can choose the same knob or pull as long as they are different finishes.
      • If you would like to compare finishes on oversized pulls (pulls larger than 7”), try out knobs in that finish to compare.
    • Limit 1 try-at-home order per household, per year.

  • Belwith Products® works with authorized dealers, designers, and project managers to assist in bid & project quotations for commercial projects. Simply contact customer service to begin the process, quotes are usually returned within 24-48 hours. To qualify for a commercial or hospitality project, the minimum quantity is 250 pieces or more for decorative hardware. This may be achieved via multiple styles, sizes, or finishes. This does not apply to stocking orders.

  • Belwith Products® would like to be featured on all your favorite displays in your showroom. To learn more about our Showroom Vignette Display Program, please contact your local representative or inside sales representative at Belwith Products. Remember to write “Showroom Display” boldly on the order when submitting. Belwith Products® reserves the right to limit showroom display orders.

  • A lifetime limited warranty is available to the original consumer of a Belwith Products® product against defects in material and workmanship, provided the original consumer purchased the product from an authorized dealer or distributor. This warranty only applies to the original consumer of the product and is not transferrable.

    Unless otherwise provided by state law, no other warranty other than as expressly stated herein applies. Liability is limited to the consumer purchase price of the product. In no event shall the company be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental, or special and/or punitive damages of any nature arising from the sale or use of the product, whether based on contract, warranty, tort, strict liability, patent infringement, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

  • Original consumers may return defective product, free and clear of all liens and encumbrances, including shipping prepaid, accompanied by a statement of defects and proof of purchase.

    Upon return of the defective product, product will be either repaired or replaced, or the original purchase price will be refunded.

    The provisions of this warranty excludes product: (i) used in commercial applications; (ii) used in common area applications; (iii) used for purposes for which they are not designed or intended; (iv) which have been subjected to alteration, abuse, misuse, negligence or accident; (v) which have been improperly stored, installed, maintained or operated; (vi) which have been used in violation of written instructions provided by Belwith Products®; (vii) which have been subjected to improper temperature, humidity or other environmental conditions; or (viii) scratches, abrasions, or deterioration due to the use of paints, solvents or other chemicals; or (ix) which, based on examination, do not disclose non-conformance to the warranty.

  • Belwith Products® is committed to being the best in class and best in brand. To this end we have established an IMAP policy by brand as follows:

    At Belwith Products we are dedicated to supporting our Distribution, Retail, and Brick and Mortar showroom partners by enforcing a strict IMAP policy.Distribution is restricted to select partners, brick-and-mortar showroom dealers, retail partners and distributors with an online presence are permitted to sell online,provided they adhere to our Internet MAP Policy. Our brand name and all product identifiers, including images must be included in all listings.

    The IMAP policy does not apply to discontinued or obsolete products that may still be in stock.

    We are dedicated to proactively identifying and addressing violations of our Internet Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy. Our goal is to identify and rectify IMAP violations before receiving complaints from our other customers.Websites are monitored constantly to detect any attempts to manipulate pricing outside of regular business hours.Policy violations may result in the following consequences:

    First Violation: A written warning will be issued, and the customer will be required to correct the violation within 24 hours.

    Second Violation: The customer will face a suspension of their account for a period of 30 days.

    Third Violation: The customer’s account will be terminated permanently.

    We are committed to protecting our brand image and ensuring it consistently reflects the high quality and value expected by both you and your customers. We firmly believe that conducting business with authorized online retail partners who present our products in alignment with our brand image and adhere to our distribution and Minimum Advertised Price (MAP) Policy is in the best interest of both our company and our customers.

  • Dealer use of the Belwith Products® and respective brand trademarks in connection with the sale of our products is permitted with prior approval and must include notices and legends as identified on asset packages. All use of the trademarks inures to the benefit of Belwith Products®.   • CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS – Proposition 65 Warning

    California’s Proposition 65, also called the Safe Water Drinking Act and Toxic Enforcement Act is a right to know law enabling California residents to make informed decisions to protect themselves from chemicals known to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm.

    Belwith Products has chosen to provide a warning based on our knowledge relating to the presence of one or more listed chemicals without attempting to evaluate the level of any exposure. The level of exposure for our products may be negligible or well within the “no significant risk level”. However, to uphold California residents right to make informed decisions, we have decided to place the following Proposition 65 warning on this product .

    • WARNING: This product can expose you to chemicals including lead, nickel or chrome, which are known to the State of California to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm. For more information go to: P65Warnings.ca.gov
  • TERMS OF PAYMENT

    PRICES

    DAMAGED MERCHANDISE

Do not return Hickory Hardware damaged merchandise to parent company Belwith Products. The shipping carrier is responsible for the shipment when it is picked up from our facilities. If merchandise is returned to us, you may be unable to file a claim.

    RETURNED GOODS

    Hickory Hardware will promptly rectify any defects or errors for which it is responsible. With regards to buyer’s remorse, approval for return of these goods must be requested and a RETURN GOODS AUTHORIZATION (RGA) number affixed to the return PRIOR to credit being issued. Any merchandise sent to Belwith without the proper RGA number will not be accepted and will be promptly returned to the sender. Any returns requested for reasons other than defects or errors will be credited, less a handling charge of 25% of the invoiced price or a minimum of $10.00. Merchandise held over 30 days from date of shipment without an RGA request will NOT be accepted. Any merchandise returned to Hickory Hardware must be in resalable condition. All returns are subject to Hickory Hardware inspection for this purpose. Displays and display items are not returnable for credit. No merchandise will be accepted without an authorization number, as issued by Hickory Hardware . All freight costs for returned merchandise must be paid by the sender.

    Hickory Hardware branded products are manufactured to provide quality which you can count on with normal use and wear. If you are not completely satisfied with this product, please return it for replacement to the place of purchase or to Belwith Products. Belwith Products is NOT LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES. This guarantee is in lieu of any other warranties expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness.
